We live at the bottom of a beautiful mountain, and this weekend I had the chance to take a short hiking trip. There are many amazing views and interesting things to see on the mountain, we will be returning again for sure.

In this video I take a trip to one of the larger cities on the East African coast. Along with two other guys from PBT, we did some shopping, visited the Indian Ocean, and picked up (literally) a 900 pound safe.

We visited a nearby National Wildlife Park here in East Africa where we were able to photograph many wild animals, but our adventure took a turn for the worse when our truck became stuck in the mud! We spent five hours in the park at night after the park closed before we were finally rescued.

Here is a peek at what life is like for us here at the language school in East Africa where we are learning to speak Swahili. We will be here for eight weeks and then we will continue language learning with a tutor.

This week Emily had the opportunity to spend the night in one of the nearby villages. During her trip she visited an orphanage and got to see an amazing view of the sky at night.
